Hello Wildlings,

It's a delight to announce the grand inauguration of our much anticipated website: LilithsLabyrinth.com. Some of you know this has been a passion project of ours for many years. It started in 2019 after the birth of Lilith, our second child, and it’s exciting to share this fresh new look with you!

Meet the Designer

First off, thank you so much for stopping by my shop. I really appreciate your support. My name is Tricia. I'm a proud mom to 2 amazing kids, a military partner, neurodivergent and proud member of the LGBT+ community. I officially opened my shop in the summer of 2019 after my daughter, Lilith, was born and so the name Lilith's Labyrinth stuck. I earned my business degree with First class honour from Nottingham Trent University in the UK. Coupled with my love for sewing over 2 decades and exposure to many different regional fashion trends, I opened Lilith's Labyrinth to the public to provide slow fashion items and thoughtful clothing options for small children. Don't worry adults! Adult sizes and older children sizes are avaliable by request.

What does Lilith's Labyrinth mean?

The labyrinth is unfortunately not a nod to the movie, but a gesture of acceptance and healing. When Lilith was born, I struggled with anxiety and post partum depression. Simple basic tasks would overwhelm and set my emotions into overdrive in the flip of a switch. Those first few months were rough because let's face it, being a mom is hard. Period. Full Stop. I wanted to work on what I could to facilitate change in my life whilst also feeling good about the impact I made on others. This is when I turned to my love of sewing to make my children trendy yet slow fashion clothing.

We've all been there with our children, it seemed like just the day before I bought my oldest shoes and he's already outgrown them (again!). I was going through pieces of adorable clothing like crazy with infant sizes only being used for 1 or 2 wears. That seems simply wasteful! I couldn't imagine using my favorite t-shirt 2 times then turn around and not be able to fit in it! At that point it was raw, what could I do but cry that the cutest Slayer bodysuit doesn't fit my Lilith anymore after only a month?! I cried when I realized, kids clothing is not meant to last.

With that realization on my noggin, I set out to ascertain how to pair slow fashion with kids apparel. One huge part of the creation of Lilith's was about being able to provide families like mine a choice in a variety of clothing options including grow with me styles and focus on producing slow fashion with a twist of the darker side including astrology, pagan, and goth vibes. Lilith's Labyrinth provides 3 size ranges in our staple apparel line. This mean that 3 pairs of Chakra Shorties can span from 3 months old to 6 years. When most clothing last a couple months, our GWM (grow with me) branded items not only that several years but is an inexpensive way to invest in clothing that last longer which in turn is ecofriendly!
